Move forward, collect teeth from the breakable objects, and then proceed into the next location. Go back through the keyhole and jump down to the platform you shot the snout from. Peppering it will reward you with a basket full of teeth. You'll need to jump to the invisible platforms and enter the side of the building. At the end of this next area are a few more platforms. You'll then fight a few more Madcaps and then you'll be able to proceed into the next area. There are a few more steam vents and moving platforms that you need to use to move to the next area. There will be another Madcap in the next entrance, so defeat it and then walk around the side. Make your way across the platforms to the next building entrance. Defeat them all and then turn the valve on the steam engine. Then walk outside to find three Madcaps near a steam engine. On the other side are a few enemies and breakable objects. Shrink down to walk under the door in this room. Jump across the gap to collect some teeth. You need to pull a lever to move this wheel. Head back to the building entrance, and look for a machine near a rotating wheel. Break them, and there's a keyhole behind the boxes. There's a small round on the right with a few breakable objects inside. Two Madcaps will be up here, and you'll need to defeat them before entering the building. Use the steam to reach the visible area on the left. Head back to the beginning, and this time do not jump on the invisible platforms. Shrink down near the edge of the cliff, and you'll find a hidden keyhole. If you unshrink while in a violet, it will break, and you can collect some teeth. When shrunk down, you can use these flowers to heal. The game will prompt you to shrink down when you come across these violets. Jump up to the next platform, and you'll find violets on the floor. Defeating all the Madcaps will spawn a mushroom to jump on. The best way to defeat these guys is to dodge their attack, leaving it vulnerable, and then attacking it. Stronger Madcaps will lunge at you with the fork, so you'll need to dodge. The weakest Madcaps fight with spoons and stronger ones have a fork and shield. You'll need to use the Vorpal Blade to defeat them, as they will dodge any shots from the Pepper Grinder. Upon entering the area, you'll be introduced to Madcaps. Continue into the next area, where you'll be introduced to a new enemy. The path will crumble behind you, preventing you from going back. There are a few snail shells here, and breaking them will make some Slithering Ruin appear. Jump across to another platform for more teeth, and then down into the next area (where the train fell in the cutscene).
